Thank you for shopping with WildLuiss! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy to ensure that your shopping experience with us remains hassle-free.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including clearance items, personalized products, and seasonal decorations (e.g., Christmas trees and ornaments) that have been used or damaged after opening.
If you wish to return an item, please ensure that it meets these criteria and initiate the return process within the specified 30-day window.
2. How to Return Your Items
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@wildluiss.com to notify us of your return request. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without obtaining an RMA number, as this will delay the return process.
Packaging the Return: Carefully pack the item(s) to prevent damage during return shipping. Make sure to include the original packing slip and any accompanying materials.
Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method to return your item(s). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or was incorrectly shipped, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged product.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts).
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to a fault of WildLuiss.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. The same return policy applies.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance or sale items
- Personalized products (e.g., custom decorations with names or messages)
- Gift cards
- Used or opened Christmas decorations (such as ornaments, tree skirts, etc.)
If you receive a defective or damaged item from one of these categories, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is still not posted, please contact your payment provider or bank, as it may take additional processing time.
